Our programs
Our concept is designed in such a way that we can bring both career changers and optical industry professionals on board. Our internal training can provide all employees with the necessary expertise (in sales and optometry) and make new colleagues fit for our business. We also train opticians, fund the career development of master opticians and operate an internal trainee programme to help employees become store managers. Training and development play a big role for us, and we obviously also focus on highly professional, personable and fast recruiting.
