Here are some useful tips that might give you a bit more confidence about the interview: Feel free to choose a fashionable outfit that you feel comfortable in. You don’t need to memorise your CV. We want to use the interview to get to know you personally. It’s best to talk freely and openly about what you have done so far as well as what drives and motivates you. Please be yourself and don’t put on an act. This is the only way we can find out whether our respective ideas and expectations are a good fit. The more you know about us, the more likely it is you will make a good impression. It’s fascinating for us to hear why you are interested in eyes + more. We would be happy to answer your questions. You can prepare them in advance and ask them at the end of the interview. Be focused and committed to the task at hand. If it's going to be a digital interview, you will receive all the details about the procedure in advance. For the interview, it is best to seek out a laptop with a stable internet connection. If you don’t have a laptop, you can use your mobile phone or tablet instead, because the way we work is based on the motto #wearedoers. If you realise that you will not be able to make it on time despite good planning and a sufficient time buffer, please let us know by sending a brief message.

When you have sent off your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will send you initial feedback not long afterwards, when we have had a chance to look at your application.

Yes, of course. If you don’t see anything suitable among the job vacancies, please take the opportunity to send us a speculative application. In this case, please also send us your current CV and let us know which location and position you would be interested in. Remember to include your contact information! If we need anything else from you, we will call you or send you an e-mail. We will be happy to save your documents and contact you as soon as there is a vacancy that matches your experience.

Yes, of course! eyes + more and the structured onboarding at the beginning of your work with us will give you everything you need to know to make a competent impression on our customers. It would be particularly helpful if you already had experience in customer contact or retail. But none of this is absolutely essential. We are happy to welcome anyone who can inspire customers by bringing passion to the job. After all, haven’t we all been career changers at one point or another?

The starting date is specified in each job description. If you find the words “Starting immediately”, it means that you could start as soon as possible – subject to agreement with your supervisor, of course.
